Three tiers. You only pay for the next one.

How much AI automation costs for a business in Bulgaria.

The price depends on the processes, not on the name of the technology. Here is how it is worked out, tier by tier.

The tiers

You only pay for the next step.

Tier 1€190now

AI audit: a 30-minute call and a written card within 7 days — the three processes with the highest return, what they cost now, what it would take, and where to start. The card is yours to keep. Deducted from implementation.

Tier 2€5,000 – 15,0004–8 weeks

Implementation: Phase 1 — a detailed system plan. Phase 2 — building to a working result, which your team approves at every step.

Tier 3€500 – 1,500/mo.monthly

Retainer: monitoring, small improvements and new automations in small steps. Priority response when something needs attention.

What to compare against

The alternative is not other software. The alternative is a person.

An implementation of €5,000 to €15,000 sounds like a lot only if you compare it to a software subscription. The real alternative is different: one more person copying, checking and assembling by hand — or the same people continuing to do that instead of the work you actually hired them for.

One salaryThe average gross salary in Bulgaria is €1,407 a month (NSI, Q1 2026). With employer social security contributions, one employee costs around €1,650 a month — close to €20,000 a year.
The retainer€500 a month is less than a third of that figure — for a system that does not take leave, does not resign, and works on Saturdays too.
The implementationA full cycle at €12,000–15,000 is the cost of one employee for 8–9 months. The difference: the system stays after month nine.
Doing nothingTen hours of manual work a week at €9/hour is about €4,500 a year — just to stay in the same place.

Salary source: NSI, "Employed persons and average wages", Q1 2026. Employer social security contributions are estimated at roughly 19%.

The maths

Work it out for your own business.

Three numbers from your company. The result is a rough estimate — the audit replaces it with the real one.

—€ a year currently spent on manual copying
—months until the implementation pays for itself
—times the investment returns itself in the first year (retainer excluded)

Formula: hours × people × 48 weeks × rate. Payback = cost ÷ (annual value ÷ 12). We do not count mistakes, delayed deliveries or lost sales — they usually weigh more than the hours.

What drives the price

Three things decide the sum.

  • The number of systems you automate — one, or several connected together.
  • The number of data sources — how many different emails, spreadsheets, programs and portals need to be connected.
  • How much of the process needs human approval at every step, and how much can run on its own.

Two companies with the same headcount can have very different prices — if one works with three suppliers and one program, and the other with fifteen suppliers, six EDI portals and an ageing warehouse system. The audit measures exactly that difference before it proposes a figure.

Example configurations

Approximate, after the audit.

One system€5,000 – 7,000e.g. documents only

One process, a limited number of sources — for example, only processing incoming invoices and orders.

Two connected€8,000 – 11,000e.g. documents + warehouse

Two systems that feed each other — documents feeding the warehouse, or the other way round.

Full cycle€12,000 – 15,000e.g. documents + warehouse + reports + quotes

The whole flow from an incoming document to a ready quote and a morning report, connected as one.

Figures are approximate. The exact sum comes after the audit, based on your real processes.

The retainer

What the monthly support includes.

The system is monitored — we usually catch a problem before you notice it. The retainer covers monitoring, small improvements and new small automations without a new project, plus a priority response when there is a question or an alert. The first 12 months usually bring the most changes, while the system fully settles into how you actually work.

Funding

EU digitalisation funding.

Digitalisation programmes for small and medium businesses often cover exactly this kind of project — the audit, the implementation and part of the retainer. Terms and coverage change by programme and year, so we do not quote a specific figure here. Ask during the audit call — we will tell you what looks realistic for your case.

Questions

What people usually ask.

Why does the audit cost money instead of being a free consultation?

Because the result is concrete and written — a card you can use even if you do not go on with us. A free consultation usually ends with promises, not a plan.

Is the audit fee deducted from the implementation price?

Yes, in full. If you decide to continue, the €190 reduces the implementation bill.

What decides whether I am closer to €5,000 or €15,000?

The number of data sources and the number of systems you want connected. One system with few sources sits near the lower end; a full cycle with several programs sits near the upper end.

Is the retainer mandatory?

Not contractually, but it is recommended — the system works with real data that keeps changing, and monitoring is what catches a departure early.

Can we pay in instalments?

Implementation is usually split into stages, each paid on completion, rather than fully upfront. The exact schedule is agreed during the audit.

Is there a guarantee on the audit?

Yes. If the card does not find at least three automations with a clear return, we refund the €190.
