An honest review.

Who does AI automation in Bulgaria in 2026 — an honest review, including auwo.

This review is written by auwo. We are in the market we describe, and we are on the list — a model familiar from honest English-language industry reviews.

The table below shows eight AI automation providers working with small and mid-sized companies in Bulgaria, based on publicly available data from their own websites as of August 2026. We do not rate quality of work — only what each one publishes about itself: what its focus is, what the first step looks like, what prices it shows publicly, and what evidence it offers for its results.

The idea behind a "review with a disclosed conflict" model is simple: the market has no independent observer, and staying silent does not help anyone looking for a provider. Transparency about our own position is a better choice than pretending to a neutrality that does not exist.

Data based on publicly available information from each provider's site, August 2026. It may have changed since.

Note the difference in "evidence" — four of the eight providers have no public name, logo or review, while three rely on named clients or teams. That by itself does not say who does better work — it only says who has chosen to show more publicly.

Practical

How to choose.

The published facts in the table say what a provider is willing to show publicly, but not how the work with them will feel. Five questions worth asking every provider on the list — including us — before you sign anything:

Are the prices published?Or does everything go through "call for a quote," with not a single figure before the conversation.
What exactly do I get at the end?At the end of the first paid step — a written document, a demonstration, or a working system.
Who maintains the connection? After implementation — is it included in the price, or a separate, uncontracted cost.
What happens on a mistake?Who catches it first, who takes responsibility, and what compensation, if any, follows.
When would they turn a project down?Because it is not suited to automation. An answer of "never" is itself an answer.

None of these five questions requires technical knowledge to ask or to judge the answer — each is checkable with plain common sense and by reading the contract before you sign it.

Honest about us

auwo's weaknesses.

This review would be incomplete without our own limitations — listed here with the same candour we apply to the others:

  • A newer brand — auwo does not have the years of history that some listed providers have, nor the volume of completed projects of the older players.
  • No public logos, as a matter of discretion — we work anonymised with our clients and do not publish names, which means less visible evidence than a provider with published logos and photos.
  • A small team — this means focus on every project, but also limited capacity for parallel engagements at any one time.
  • Bulgarian-focused for now — the site and the service work in Bulgarian; international clients based in Bulgaria are not the first priority at the moment, unlike the bilingual competitors on this list.

Questions

What people usually ask.

Why does auwo write a review that includes itself?

Because the market has no independent review, and we prefer transparency over silence. We disclose the conflict in the first paragraph and leave the table with the same criteria for everyone, including us.

Are the prices in the table current?

They reflect publicly available information as of August 2026. Providers may have changed them since — check their sites directly.

Which provider is "the best"?

The review does not rate quality of work — only publicly disclosed facts: focus, entry point, prices and evidence. Which one is suited to you depends on your case.

How do I check whether a provider suits my company?

Ask the five questions from the "How to choose" section of every provider on the list, including us, before you decide.

One conversation. A written plan. Your decision.
