Systems, not advice.
auwo — AI systems for companies with 10–100 people, Burgas.
We do not sell consulting. We build systems that do the work every day, and we stand behind them once they go live.
From a real company, not a lab.
auwo's systems were born inside a real trading and manufacturing company, where they do the work every day — not in a demo or a slide deck. That is how we know which processes are genuinely worth automating and which only look good on a slide.
The difference shows up in the details: how many times a day an order arrives from a retail chain, which exact moment in a shift ends up without a receipt, why one spreadsheet never gets updated in time. These are not things you learn from someone else's case studies — you learn them from your own experience, before they become someone else's product.
Four steps, no surprises.
Three things we do not mix ourselves up with.
- A chatbot for your website that answers instead of doing the work.
- A course or training programme on automation.
- A tool subscription your team has to learn and maintain on its own.
A project honestly declined is better.
- A company under 10 people — the volume rarely justifies a project of this scale.
- A process the company itself has not yet settled — automation locks in chaos faster than it solves it.
- A request for "something with AI" with no concrete problem behind it — we start from the process, not the technology.
