In manufacturing the numbers already exist. Someone wrote them on a sheet on the floor, someone re-typed them into Excel in the evening, someone reconciles them at month end and finds they do not balance.

How numbers get lost
## Copied three times.

The shift report is written by hand on the floor. In the evening it is re-typed into a sheet. At month end it is reconciled against the warehouse and against payroll. Each of the three steps can diverge, and the error surfaces where it hurts most — in someone's pay, or in a missing raw material.

The nastiest error here is not the big one. Big ones are visible. The nasty one is a duplicated line that looks entirely normal and is caught only when a balance fails.

What we take over
## Four flows.

- Daily shift reports. Numbers enter once and feed everything downstream — no second entry.

- Piece-rate pay. Calculated from rates and coefficients, checked against the previous day and against the norm.

- Material consumption. Output is exploded through the recipe and reconciled against what the warehouse issued.

- Nightly reconciliation. Duplicated lines, missing shifts, deviation from the norm — found before morning, not at month end.

What we do not do
## We do not touch the machines.

No connection to machine control and no change to the production process itself. We work only with numbers that are recorded anyway, in the files where they already live.

We do not replace your ERP either. If you have one, it stays authoritative; we add oversight and reconciliation on top.

**В: Do we have to change our ERP?**

О: No. If you have an ERP it stays authoritative and the system reads from it. If production lives entirely in Excel, we work on Excel. Replacing the core system is not part of the offer.

**В: Will the workers have to work differently?**

О: The goal is the opposite: numbers entered once, where they are entered today. If a change in recording is genuinely needed, we say so at the audit, before you pay for implementation.

**В: What if the shift report is missing?**

О: The absence is reported as a finding rather than passed over. A day with no report but with materials issued is exactly the moment worth knowing about.

**В: Pay data is sensitive. Who sees it?**

О: Access is restricted by role at implementation. Payroll and piece-rate data do not sit somewhere the whole floor can reach. That is part of the scope, not an add-on.
